Friendly help full staff nothing was to much trouble and a nice store

I was initially told there was a 4/5 week lead time on the item I wanted and I could not purchase the one on display, however they discovered they had one in the warehouse which had been ordered and not taken. This was delivered to me within the week.

Got exactly what I wanted, even took it home the same day

The manager Matthew Donovan was really helpful and tried to give us different options.

We hadn't bought a bed for ages and had no idea what to look for. Mr Matt Moss took his time showing what we could buy for our price bracket, allowed to test bed which was perfect. He even advised on contemporary headboard. very pleasant man (and his colleague), wasn't phased on the amount we had to spend (would have loved the really expensive one!). Rang today to confirm booking slot for tomorrow. Looking forward to receiving our lovely bed. All in all a very good shopping experience, no problems whatsoever - thanks Dreams.

The two sales staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they were even kind enough to carry the product to the car as it was a bit heavy for me.

Sales assistant extremely knowledgeable very efficient & spent quality time finding out my requirements, I was given options on products when I asked & payment options available. This was my second visit to the store and found the sales assisstant had remembered me from my previous visit, very welcoming experience, fantastic service all round.
