The sales assistant Matt Moss was very considerate and helpful. I am disabled and was unware of the lift until Matt pointed it out. I could not remember the name of the suite I purchased from Dreams a few years ago, so Matt went downstairs and looked at my purchase records and identified the suite, so that I was able to purchase a wardrobe from the same suite. We discussed my current physical difficulties in relation to the purchase of a new mattress. Matt was knowledgeable and helpful in identifying an appropriate mattress. After purchasing two Tempur pillows and a duvet set for a young boy, Matt carried these out to my car as managing the packages whilst using two arm crutches was not really an option for me. I returned on the 7 April 2016 and ordered another wardrobe from the same suite. I am highly satisfied with the service I received.

I am disabled and received all the help I needed from the sales person very satisfied.

I had visited the store before to enquirer about the bed when I visited this time I saw the same member of staff who was very helpful polite & answered all of my questions even though I had asked some of them before. I did not feel rushed or pushed into buying a more expensive item I was shown all the mattresses which were suitable for the bed I was buying & left to make the decision without feeling rushed

Matthew was very informative, friendly and helpful. He then left me alone to do my own survey of the mattresses available before returning to check on my progress. My purchase was then dealt with speedily and efficiently.

over-all I got what I wanted for the price I wanted. it was a shame the extra guarantee was too much to afford though. the staff were excellent and the store was easy to get to on the bus. I am so glad you do recycling of old mattresses.
