Overall the whole experience was good and centered towards the customer meaning we were valued.

I was highly satisfies because I was given a great deal quick service and the assistant whoes name was "Matt Brett" was very knowledgeable with great customer service 10/10

Staff were very understanding let us brows then asked if we needed Any help which we did all the staff were very helpful. Would recommend this Store.

Nothing was to much trouble Matt moss gave us space and time to look around the store he even gave us a cup of tea he took the time to answer any question we asked him he was very knowledgeable

We were asked if we would like any assistance upon entering the store and when we declined, were offered a drink and then left in peace to browse. We spent a considerable amount of time trying a lot of beds and felt comfortable to do so without any pressure. When we made our decision, a staff member was on hand to help us and demonstrated her knowledge of the products. We were offered several different finance arrangements and chose one that suited us best. We completed our transaction with another very helpful member of staff whilst enjoying a well made cup of coffee. He also advised us on quality pillows and I bought one for myself although I hadn't intended to. All in all our experience was a pleasurable, stress free event and on our way home we commented on the different approach of the staff that we had appreciated in comparison to other stores where we had endured the 'hard sell'.

Helpful staff. Took the time to help me a decision with no pressure to buy. Just the right level of attentiveness
