When entering the store we were welcomed and advised that the advisor would be back to help once we had looked around which was nice not to be pounced on. Very helpful staff not pushy. Once we decided the payment and delivery was arranged quickly and delivery was booked for 7 days time.

We were given full attention of the assistance and our order taken quickly and smoothly

Store staff were extremely helpful, knowlegable, polite, and accommodating. I could not have asked for better service.

i hadbeen let down by argos and needed a bed qjickly ..and really wanted a 4 ft bed but delivery was too long as it had t be ordered. so settled on 4ft 6 but on a budget the sales assistance went t extreme lengths t ensure we got the right bed at a price that suited ..initially i neededt talk with my nan who was paying for it and was offered coffee. very friendly and patient staff..the manager carried the mattress to the car for us.

the service was extremely good.

Matthew our assistant was knowledgable & answered all our questions he was able to show us all the products we wanted to see so we could make an informed choice. We were able to try out the beds so we could see what suited. Price was good too.

this bed frame was ordered over the phone and the and the assistant,Matthew, and you have 3 instore, was very helpful
