Excellent service from everyone at Dreams

We went looking at beds and along with the help and information given while we were in the store, helped us deceide on a bed we liked.

Friendly knowledgeable assistant and ease of the selection and ordering process

Brett was the salesman that assisted me during my two visits. The first time I was very pressed for time and he was very efficient and knowledgeable and professional. He emailed my quote to me seeing that I was in a hurry. He then followed up with a further email when the bed I was interested went on offer. I met him in the store as a result of his email and ended up buying two complete larger beds rather than the one mattress I had originally enquired about. He really went above and beyond to demonstrate the products, moving the mattress I wanted to different divans for me to try, he then gave me the best discount his manager would authorise. His customer service was outstanding. I have been into other branches of Dreams in London where the sales staff seemed a bit disinterested. Brett really stood out as a professional, efficient salesman who really wanted to deliver a great customer service and get me the best deal.

we were given the freedom to look around without being pursued by pushy sales staff and when we found a bed we wished to try the staff quickly and efficiently provided us with PPE and explained the rules and then once again left us alone to try the various beds.
