Matt was extremely helpful with his knowledge of the product we where purchasing.

even though the member of staff seamed new to the job she was so very helpful which when shopping about in other stores was a major reason for my daughter and i to return and buy the items we did, even though i felt them a little expensive but having bought from dreams many years ago i feel im getting good value for money and also the 40 night sleep option which wont be needed i hope

We spent 45 mins in store and Matt who served us was very helpful and did not rush us and I think he must of showed us almost every bed there was.

As soon as I entered the store in Newport IOW, the assistant was friendly and attentive. Jenny offered me a cup of tea which I found very welcoming. She gave a good mix of assistance and time to think about what I wanted to do. Very friendly staff with excellent levels of service. She explained that she was in training and had to ask her manager for the answer to one of the questions I asked. He was very friendly too. Would certainly recommend to friends and use the store again.

as soon as we walked into the store a girl came over straight away too ask if we needed any help of which we said yes then she offered us a cup of tea, the girl took her time too explain things too us, she took every effort too go the extra mile too help & too explain everything too us

Staff friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, but not in your face. This is our second lot of purchases because we were so pleased with our first experience.

Helpful but not pushy staff

We were given a chance to have a quick look around the store we were asked if we needed any help. When we said 'yes' we were given immediate attention from the assistant. He ascertained our needs immediately and gave us various options clearly. We were able to check these out and were helped with answers to our questions. The whole experience was very positive and it was easy to make the right decision about the products we wanted at an acceptable price. The process of ordering and making payment could not have been easier. Everything was well explained.

Matthew Brett at the Newport IOW store was attentive & very helpful; he ascertained my requirements & pointed out which mattress would best suit my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the products & their advantages, he was also able to help when I wished to purchase pillows and mattress covers. He made me an excellent cup of tea & did not rush me to make a decision. Once I had tested lots of mattresses Matthew was able to find a base that suited & gave me swatches of material from which I could select what would go well in my flat. When I had decided which purchases to make he was very efficient in obtaining the final price & was able to offer some discounts. I will not hesitate to go back to this store when I am ready to get my bed for the spare room & do not wish to shop anywhere else. There is a good range of products & the service is superb.
