I have been in a few time over the months and the staff was very helpfull even in the need that i and partly disabled and gave assistance with the lift going up stairs. very helpfull in showing your products and know the products very well .I spend alot of time in bed and Matt was very helpfull in asking what i needed excerlent service .on picking up the product Matt gave assitance in loading it into my car very please..

From the moment I walked into the store we were greeted with a smile offered a tea, coffee or water. Straight away given information regarding the different type of mattresses available and best suited. Left to have a browse with no one pressuring us to make a decision. When I finally made my choice the store Manager Paul was so helpful and made the process painless.

A colleague, Matthew Donovan, met us as we came in. He explained about the leaflet and which bed's pillows were related to the type of mattress. I was offered and given a coffee. Matthew showed me how to use the lift as there were more mattresses on the next floor.

Matthew - Manager, was very attentative, professional and knowledgable.

Sales team helpful and informative - designs explained clearly.

The assistance knew a lot about the different mattresses and which the best quality ones were.

Manager was lovely and extremely helpful, was an easy quick purchase.

The assistant was more than helpful and he his knowledge was very good. He left us to discuss and try out the mattresses before returning to us for our decision. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I would have no problem recommending the Newport, Isle of Wight store to anyone.

I fell ill while being in the store.Staff were so helpful, even gave me a cup of tea. It was Jenny who served me,,she was very helpful in every way. I was very glad to receive such good service.

I went in for a bed and found what I was looking for. I bought a bed.
