We were given helpful assistance by M Brett at the Newport store on the Isle of Wight. He was informative but not pushy and the whole experience was quick and hassle free.

Nicely welcomed asked if we needed help and then left in piece until we needed more help. Very satisfied

Overall service was very good. We purchased a Tempur mattress with devan storage. The 40 night Dreams comfort exchange helped us in our choice as our purchase price was quite expensive. We know we can exchange the mattress if we find it is not comfortable. My partner suffers with back pain, so getting the correct mattress is important.

Staff very helpful, and didn't feel under pressure to hurry up.

We have bought many items from dreams and usually deal with the same sales rep however everyone there is more than helpful if needed, products we have bought have been good value and well made

Best product on market, good price with promotion. Available to see in store unlike competitors eg argos, next, only available to look at online. My children saw and tried the bunk bed, which is why we chose to purchase from dreams.

Matthew Donovan, who assisted us, was a "dream"! He understood immediately what we were after and didn't waste our time trying to show us more expensive items. He knew the products in the store very well and made it easy for us to make an informed decision about what to buy.
