Friendly staff, large choice of beds

Customer service was fantastic

On entering the store, I was approached by a member of staff who was both helpful and knowledgeable of the products available. In a very short space of time the product I required was selected and paid for. I had the advantage of looking up on line prior to going.

On arrival at the store, the assistant quickly assessed our needs and was extremely helpful in finding exactly the right bed and mattress that we needed.

WE HAD EVERY ATTENTION FROM THE STAFF MEMBER AND HE RETURNED A NUMBER OF TIMES AND ADVISED MY WIFE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT MATTRESSES AND THEIR BENEFITS. HE ASKED US WHETHER WE WOULD LIKE A CUP OF TEA OR COFFEE WHICH WE APPRECIATED. WE LAUGHED AND JOKED WITH THE STAFF MEMBER AND FELT AT HOME. WE FELT NO PRESSURE PUT ON US AND ENJOYED THE VISIT TO THE SHOWROOM AND ALTHOUGH WE HAD COME TO PURCHASE A MATTRESS, WE ENDED UP BY BUYING A DIVAN AND HEADBOARD ETC.

The sales assistant was very helpful in clarifying exactly what we wanted. We had an idea before but once speaking to her she made suggestions which meant we actually got a better product without paying much more. We were allowed to browse and discuss without any pressure but advice was on hand when needed. Particularly useful advice and demonstration given about different types of mattresses.
