Very friendly staff, right level of sales approach

Very pleased with the beds we ordered the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable even had a cup of tea offered to us but after spending £2700 we were a bit taken back to be charged for delivery.

Jenny was extremely helpful without being intrusive. She gave us the available options & then gave us space & time to consider those options. She was helpful & friendly while all the time acting in a professional manner. We had a highly satisfactory shopping experience - and a cup of tea!

We felt the staff listened to what we were looking for and offered us a range of solutions. Staff were clearly knowledgeable but also very tactful.

Jenny who helped us was very friendly and helpful, she showed us what we asked for then let us be to try them out then checked with us again to see if we were OK

When I entered the store, I just wanted to look around to see what was in my price range. An assistant approached me, introduced herself and asked if I needed any help. When I replied that I was fine and just having a look, she respected my response by saying "ok, if you need me, I'm just over there." This allowed me to feel at ease whilst looking and not feel pressured.

When we arrived at the store we were greeted by one of the team, who asked how we were and if we needed any help. we said we would have a look around. he popped back a few minutes later and gave us a few pointers about the different types of mattresses available and the best way is to have a lay down on them. He popped back a little later once we had decided on the one we wanted and was really helpful with my son who wanted to try one of the children's roll up mattresses. At the time of paying he was really helpful and we bought some extra bits as part of a deal that was great

The store is easily accessible with plenty of parking. The store over 2 floors was very clean and nicely laid out. The staff promptly asked of our needs and explained what would best suit us and kindley showed us the store and its layout. We will definitely give you first consideration on our next purchases.

The assistant was amazing. She introduced herself straight away giving me here name which was great to speak to easily with her. She left us alone to look but told us where to find her. She wasn't pushy at all and advised. She didnt come across as needing the sale for her own career needs.

Young man very helpful and pleasant.also has a sense of humor.
