The assistant who helped us, Jenny, was just superb and as soon as we arrived we were offered refreshment, a real bonus. Jenny answered all our questions but at no time did we feel pressurised into rushing a decision. The whole experience was great and would definitely have no hesitation in repeating the occasion.

offered a drink on arrival , presented me with a leaflet to explain the different colour coded mattresses available which helped a lot, was not pushy just extremely helpful

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF ONCE I GOT THINGS I WONTED DID NOT TAKE LONG TO SORT OUT GREAT DELIVERY PRICE WITH THEM SETTING EVERY THING UP FOR ME MAKES IT MUCH EASY FOR THE CUSTOMER AS I'M NO GOOD WITH FLAT PACK ITEMS AND HOW NICE TO BE OFFERED A DRINK WHEN WALKING IN STORE THANK YOU I WILL SHOP AT DREAMS AGAIN

We went in the store about 3weeks ago to order some bunk beds for my children, but to be told they are on hold as their are none in the uk, as they are very popular, so I felt quit disappointed as we needed them asap, so then the shop assistant (Jenny) was so helpful and reasuring that as soon as they came back into stock she would call first thing, since that day Jenny phoned me on a daily/weekly basis to keep me updated on when the product would be back in stock. On Friday the 26th of August at 9.00o'clock Jenny phoned straight way to finally say the the product was in stock and ready to be ordered, I couldn't of been happier!

Carla, wit a smile and very helpful manner, guided us to the types of bed we were looking for, explaining all the colour coding for the different ones. She explained about the (important to us) 40 nights guarantee in the event that we found our initial choice did not suit our needs. (We have lower back problems.). We returned the next day and again we're delighted with the service. Matthew (we understand there are 3 Matthews working there!) guided us through the paperwork. He was also friendly, courteous and helpful. We appreciated the coffee brought to us by Carla.

Phoned store to ask availability of bed frame.Young man said he would check stock and ring me back which he did within 10 mins.Very polite and excellent service.Bed frame in stock so went to store ,spoke to same young man and purchased bed frame.

Both times on the 'phone - the assistants (at the call centre and the local store) were effective, polite, knowledgeable and were what I'd describe as "Proper, old-fashioned and helpful" sales assistants..putting the customer's interests first and respecting their (precious) time. There was no sign of "Call Centre Mentality" thank goodness! Both assistants were accountable - marvellous!
