Our Lady that served us was brilliant and did not get pushy or rushed us at all unlike what I hAve experienced in your mainland stores did not feel hounded at all she was just totally chilled yet knew her stuff

The young gentleman greeted me as I walked through the door ,he's was very helpful an very friendly, he wasent pushy in his sales he listened to us of what I wanted ,he was told I was deaf an was very understanding in communicating ,will definitely be back to see Michael to maybe getting a bed ,

Great assistance in store (Brett , Isle of Wight, Newport) Did everything he could you help us find the best option. Ordering process was straightforward also. All in all, good experience and ultimately we felt we got what we wanted.

The man was very helpful

My wife and I attended the dream shop on the I Isle of Wight looking for a mattress to takeaway that day I am a wheelchair user and I'm blind. The members of staff were absolutely amazing with excellant product knowledge and was able to process our request immediately. We came away with not just a mattress but a bed frame also. The even help carry the items to car and helped to load them into the car. What can I say amazing customer service so Friendly and helpfully
