Mr Brett was very friendly and had lots of knowledge and information regarding the types of bed frames and mattress availible in store, Brett made me a cup of tea and I was able to try out all the beds and frames until I found the one I wanted, i was able to take my time which is really important. I would recommend dreams store because you can not only see whats available and try out different bed and mattresses but you also have really good advice and knowledge from staff in shop :)

The customer care was friendly, knowledgable and timely. I was buying an expensive Tempur Mattress and the sales person offered me free delivery and free collection and removal of current mattress which was a bonus. I was somewhat confused initially regarding softness levels of the different models but it was explained competently and clearly so I could make a decision quickly with little fuss. Customer care is very important to me and this was very good.

We needed to purchase a mattress urgently had an idea what we were looking for, spoke to a very helpful salesman called Matt over the phone to see what was available to suit our needs before visiting the store .We were able to try the mattress in store which was perfect then able to take a brand new mattress away that day , all in all a perfect sale and a very happy customer.

Great customer service and great products.

Despite being busy, we were acknowledged as soon as we entered the premises. Having been shown to the products we were interested in, and given coffee while he finished with another customer, the salesman returned and offered the advice we needed to make our purchase.

Well kept store with plenty of space to try out beds before purchase.

Fantastic service, a cup of coffee, great understanding of our requirements and explanation of products to suit. Being allowed to try out the product without being 'shadowed'. Any questions answered politely and with relevant information. Order process efficiently dealt with.

I was very pleased with the friendliness and professional service received. The understanding that once acknowledged, the salesman left us in peace to view the stock and quick to help when it was required.
