We were greeted by a colleague shortly after entering the store and told to take as long as we like and offered tea or coffee. Staff knew about the products and were very helpful.

The sales man was very helpful

We were attended to so nicely.

I came in to the store looking for a mattress and found there was a sale on. The assistant explained the colour coding, suggested I look around and then showed me a mattress that was a particularly good deal in the sale. She wrote the details down on a card for me and was really clear when the sale offer ended. I talked to my husband and then ordered by phone. I spent a bit more than planned but got a much better product.

M Brett was a wonderful representative for your company. From the moment we entered, he was funny, knowledgeable and attentive. He made us a tea and left us to browse freely. We felt under no pressure to purchase. It felt like he really cared that we make the right decisions to suit us, which is rare nowadays. Overall pleasant experience for a couple who were not sure what they wanted when they entered the store, but left feeling they had made their own choice aided by the expert advice of the store sales people.

An easy experience. The help given was timely and useful.I did not feel rushed or followed. This made it a very pleasant experience, one which I was not looking forward to.
