Dreams - Isle of Wight

The salesman Matt Moss IOW store was exceptional. He had remembered both myself and my son from when we brought another product about 4 months ago. He was friendly and his knowledge of mattresses was great just what we needed. Nothing was too much problem for him. At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision. If only all salesman were as helpful friendly and professional as him.

No hard sales talk, I was able to walk around the store with ease and try out various products, if i had any questions then the sales man matt moss was there to assist with helpful clear advice.

Assistant (Jennifer) very helpful and friendly but did not push for a sale but left us to look at all the alternatives and make up our own mind. However if we had a question she was there to assist.

your colleagues approach was very friendly,[ and the coffee was good]. She was was very knowledgeable about all the products we enquired about.

I knew what I wanted and I was directed to the relevant area immediately . Any queries I had were dealt with at once and with clarity. A very good experience.

First of all I hate shopping This store changed my mind On entering my wife and I were met by a salesperson who introduced him self as Mat He made every effort to make us welcome, We had no idea what we wanted and spent a great deal of time helping us to make the correct choice even offered us a coffee which gave us more time to decide a nice touch WE would like to thank him for his knowledge on all he showed on your products We finally made a decision and made a purchase If all stores were like yours I might actually get to like shopping So thanks for the experience

My wife and I were met by a member of staff who was friendly and quickly established our needs. There was absolutely no pressure and we were allowed time to explore all of the options available without the staff "hovering". This made my shopping experience very relaxed and enjoyable.

We received a very friendly and courteous reception and we were also offered a tea or coffee which we think was a nice touch. We had help with the products we were interested in and there was no hard sell.

Matthew the salesman very knowledgeable , helpful and polite. Nothing was to much trouble.
