The staff were very friendly and helpful .

We were approached pretty much as soon as we were looking at what we wanted. The sales assistant went out of her way to make sure we were ordering the correct size of wardrobe we wanted. We perched several items and she was careful and clear on everything we wanted. The purchase itself was quick and wright were constantly asked of we wanted extra this and that which is always a plus.

On both occasions that l visited Dreams at Newport ( like of Wight) the two sales staff with whom l dealt ( Ruby and Carla) where very helpful, polite and knowledgeable and we're able to answer all my questions. Completion of my purchase was very quick and efficiently carried out. Probably the easiest and stress free shopping trips that l have ever experienced, l was very impressed.

Highly satisfied with the service we received. It was friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable. The products we chose looked great in the showroom but the bed and mattress don't arrive until next week so can't comment on sleep satisfaction yet!

Guided to what I wanted quickly. Explanations given, then left to review on my own without hassle !

The assistant Matt was really helpful and very knowledgeable ref the mattresses and the pillows we bought really helpful but not intrusive allowed us to make our own decisions on the information given.
