Great staff, nice atmosphere and I got what I wanted, although I have to wait, but its Christmas time

The variability in mattress design is now quite large and there are lots of pros and cons for each mattress. We were assisted with our selection by Dreams and are very happy with our chosen products

MATT MOSS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HE KNOW HIS STUFF.

The member of staff was very helpful allowed us to bring our little dog into the store so we were both able to shop together!

There was absolutey no pressure to purchase anything on previous visits when I was deciding which products to buy. The assistant was considerate and gave sound advice and support to help me make my final choices. I also found him to be very reassuring with regards to my purchases and helpful with the selection of additional items to go with the bed and mattress. He was very clear when organising the order and explained the procedure whilst also checking my details carefully. Matthew made me truly feel like a very important customer which was very much appreciated in addition to offering me a drink while the order was being processed. Thank you for everything.

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable made my purchase very easy although I haven't got it yet as not being delivered until 3rd December so I can't comment on the service delivery men give as yet

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to offer assistance as soon as we needed it. Their product knowledge was good and we offered various different options for payment.

Professional and knowledgeable staff, got exactly what I went in for, plus some pillows on offer.
