Dreams - Isle of Wight

Brett is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. Offered us lots of water and was able to answer any and all questions we had. He deserves a chocolate bar :) Also, the mattress machine is very cool.

Having tried to place an online order, the delivery time was much longer than that quoted so I phoned the Newport, Isle of Wight store instead. I spoke to Brett who was extremely helpful and phone friendly. I explained that my son in law had a van and could collect the goods and Brett advised me/him, after taking the order, to phone thirty mins before calling when he would have the items ready and someone able to help load. I was also given clear instructions on where to take the vehicle to load up. The whole process was very easy and, hopefully, now that the world is returning to sanity, your delivery difficulties will soon be resolved. Thank you Dreams and Brett !!

As soon as we walked in the assistant was there to ask if we needed help, showed us COVID systems in place, explained how the sleep analysis bed worked & then showed us beds accordingly. Left us to look around but all staff were free to ask questions & advice of. Once we’d decided on a product, assistant was v helpful with ordering, delivery etc v friendly & helpful.

I knew what I needed because of my disability and the assistant was most compliant with my request and very helpful in choosing the right mattress for my needs.

We were greeted at the door by the store assistant who for our whole visit was very knowledgeable, inviting, warm and friendly. I would certainly recommend the store to friends and family. The whole experience was a pleasurable one

We had a good idea what we wanted when we entered Dreams, We were approached by a member of Staff & we said we think we know what we are looking for and they said shout if you need us.(that was Heaven to us, No hard sell) We found what we wanted and approached the member of staff, who told us all the facts we needed to know and was most helpful. We were spending a lot of money so we wanted to think it over. No problem they said. Three days later and we returned and was greeted by the staff and they remembered us and what we wanted. We made the sale we have been given a date when the mattress will be delivered. We have also had a text confirming the delivery date. I cannot fault the way we were treated in Dreams. Newport I.O.W and would recommended them.
