Great selection of products, great value for money, experienced & knowledgeable staff. In fact the staff could not have been more helpful. I am disabled & was very happy to see that there was a lift which was clean & in workable condition. The staff were very patient with us & allowed us the time to come to our decision. They did not hover over us but were there when we needed them. The cup of coffee was also very welcome at the time. Many many thanks.

Excellent Customer Service and very friendly salesman. Extremely helpful in advising on different types of mattresses and bed frames. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Would recommend Dreams and in particular the salesman Matthew Moss who helped us. Very pleased with our purchase.

We were greeted on arrival and after a few minutes browsing an assistant asked if we needed help. He was very skilled in his knowledge and offered us a coffee and a few minutes said he'd leave us to make a decision. He wasn't pushy but was very informative and had a great knowledge of the product we decided to buy. We're really impressed with how smoothly everything went. A very friendly and helpful salesman - Matthew Donovan - very satisfied with the purchase and felt confident that I can change it in 40 days if it doesn't suit.

Matt was really friendly and attentive but gave us the space and time to try things out fot ourselves without feeling pressured into making a decision before we were ready. He was really helpful when placing the order and made sure we got a great deal and a quick delivery time frame!

Staff very helpful. Lots to choose from. Still waiting for my bed ....but as long as it arrives over the next 4 weeks I will Be happy. Dissapointed a delivery date still not given.

Most important thing for me is the 40 day option to return if not satisfied with the bed. Knowledge of Matthew, Store Manager was superb. Loved the colour coding using pillows.

Made welcome offered a hot drink showed grades of mattresses then let us walk around. The 2 king size beds we chose look nice and was bought very smoothly. Informed us when the delivery will be and will confirm by email which is ideal as this items are going to our new house.
