Staff very helpful and made us a lovely coffee. Didn't pressure me into buying anything

We were really happy with the service from Matt Brett. He was really helpful without being pushy. Got answers to questions if he didn't know them and was very polite and helpful. We are really happy with the furniture we have purchased, can't wait for it to be delivered.

We were assisted by Matt Moss, he offered us a drink and was very helpful. Very satisfied

Friendly and efficient, very knowledgeable, given lots of advice with a range of prices and offered tea or coffee. Process dealt with quickly.

We were given enough information to make an informed choice but then left in peace to try out the product at pur own pace. Help was readily available when we needed it, and coffee(!), but we never felt harassed or rushed. It was the best shopping experience of its type that I have had.

We were quickly greeted by M Brett who was very helpful and knowledgable, he showed us exactly what we were looking for, and gave us the time and space to choose the right one for us! We were offered a tea or coffee, and this was a very nice touch! We were only on a fact finding outing, but on finding the right mattress for us decided to purchase today! We also had a helping hand from M Moss, who was also very helpful! We also left with 2 new pillows! It was a very pleasant shopping experience, made easy by the staff in your Newport, IOW store. Thank you.

This was a very quick phone call to order a specific item. Ruby the assistant was very knowledgable and we were able to complete the trasaction entirely by phone.

The sales assistant was really attentive and helpful - showing me options and pricing with good overall knowledge - it's such a pleasure to deal with staff who are pleasant, very polite, and know their stuff! The beds were well displayed and it was easy to compare products. And having shopped around on prices and availability of single divan beds, I was very pleased that the price was really good. I saved money and so was also able to buy a duvet and cover I needed. Well done Dreams!
