The girl assistant that dealt with our purchase was equally welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were undecided of the type of mattress that we wanted to purchase but we were given the information and details we asked for and plenty of time to make our choice. It was a hassle free purchase with no pressure which in our experience of shopping was very much appreciated. All in all it was a pleasant experience with very helpful and friendly assistants.

Staff were more than helpful, they occupied our two children while we looked around and tried out mattresses, they were very helpful and friendly

Fast efficient service

I came in the day before and was offered a hot drink. I had to leave sooner than anticipated as my youngest who has recently finished potty training needed the toilet. I came back the next day with my husband explained why I left so quickly, the salesmen said that it if I had told him, we could have used there toilet. We were offered hot drinks again and both staff members were very friendly. The shop was clean and I did not feel guilty rolling about on the bed. We brought our previous bed from your company.

I had been to other stores looking at mattresses so was tired by the time i got to your store. The assistant was highly knowledgeable about products and put me at ease and made me laugh. Very professional and understanding.

On arrival we were greeted by M Brett who was very personable and professional. Mr Brett explained how we could narrow our choice of mattress using the very simple colour code and firmness and this made choosing our new mattress very straight forward and uncomplicated. We were made to feel very welcome.

Matt was really helpful and clear about the product range from the moment we entered the store. We were buying two beds with very different needs and he steered us in the right direction, double-checking options as he went. This made it really easy for us to make some big decisions.

When entering the store my partner and I received a very warm welcome, got asked if we'd like a tea or coffee. They let us roam around freely to choose a bed frame and a mattress, tried out pretty much all of them, the place was very clean. Then when we were both happy with a king sized bed frame and a mattress. The whole process was explained in full and it was all very easy. Very pleased with my first ever visit and I'll definitely recommend to a friends!

From the moment we entered the store, staff were friendly, offered guidance and assisted us with our questions. They helped us identify what we wanted and our needs were met. It was an enjoyable experience and we got the best bed and mattress that suited us and our budget.

I visited Dreams with my mum hoping to find a bed suitable for my dad who suffers from Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Because of his condition, he wasnt able to visit the store with us and so we had to describe his needs to the assistant, Carla. Although she appeared to be new in the job, her knowledge and help were very much appreciated. Thanks to Carla and the store manager Matt, we left Dreams happy we had made the right choice for my dad.
