The two staff that we encountered during our two visits to your store were extremely polite, considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. The also left us alone to consider our purchase and to reach a decision and leaving us plenty of time to try the products without hurry or interference. A good experience of well trained and considerate staff.

Sales assistant was excellent - good knowledge, friendly and well organised. Products available were just what we were after.

We were very impressed with the customer service shown to us by all members of staff. We were greeted as we walked in and asked if we needed help said what were looking for and were asked if we wanted tea or coffee how lovely . We were told what the colours by comfort meant and given a leaflet to help. We wandered around trying beds then selected the first one we tried . Matthew the sales man was most helpful with placing the order and going through everything with us .

Great customer service, the only problem I thought was not enough sofa beds on display, we would of brought one as well.

I was helped to buy the mattress I needed and well advised as to which one would suit my needs best and even shown one that was cheaper and of the same quality as the first one I chose. So yes I was very pleased with my experience at dreams. Thank you.
