Excellent customer service, we were provided with drinks and all questions were answered really well plus we felt like we wernt being 'sold' the bed and pressurised into making a decision, he just listed to what we wanted and suggested a product.

Staff approached us on entering the store offering assistance and refreshments! We have shopped in this particular store many times over the last 13 years and never had any complaints. The staff answered all our questions and we await delivery of our new mattress!

Staff were really friendly and inviting, store was clean, and stock was great. The only shame is we have to wait up to 6 weeks for mattresses, as they're made to order, but that can't be helped.

We have bought three beds from Dreams before and found the staff very friendly and welcoming. We were not pressurised into buying the most expensive bed, but the requirements of our disabled son were considered, and we felt we were well advised.

We were very happy with the range of products in this store and the very helpful assistance who took our order and arranged everything to be delivered to our daughters house from the Isle of Wight to Southampton.
