Good service

First we were welcomed and asked if we needed help. We replied we just want to look around. We were then asked if we would like a drink so I had a cup of tea which was hot and refreshing. We then spent time looking around the store. There was a vast range which is why we came. We were left to our own thing and encouraged to try the beds which we did. We spent a good 30/40 minutes looking and when we were ready spoke to Matthew. He was the Manager and quickly helped us to firm up our choices. He helped us to save money by mixing and matching products. We chose 3 beds so this was a big order and offered us a realistic but suitable delivery date and discount. We took his advice on sprung slats and mattresses together with assembly. We had bought from Dreams before albeit several years ago but were very pleased with this shopping experience.

I use a mobility scooter and the space around the store was a fantastic surprise I have never been able to move about so freely. My only criticism was that the door into the store opened out wards ,which is not very important.
