Excellent clear advice and product knowledge

The sales assistant listened to my requirements and gave me options within my criteria. He was extremely helpful.

My first impressions were very good as the store was very clean and filled with plenty of items to choose from. Although the store was empty besides two members of staff, I was not bombarded as soon I entered the store and was given the chance to look around on my own to get a grasp on the layout of the store which I appreciated. A couple of minutes later I was approached by a very friendly and helpful member of staff named Matthew who acknowledged me in a welcoming manner as soon as he saw me. He explained to me the different types of mattresses and pillows that were on sale and that i could even lay on the mattresses with any pillow of choice to help me make a decision. Also, Matthew even offered me a cup of tea whilst I had a look around, which pleasantly surprised me as it was the first time that has ever happened to me. Whilst I examined the different items, Matthew was never too far away or busy to answer my questions in a nice, concise way. Paying for the items was very quick and simple. I also received both physical and electronic paperwork to confirm my order and delivery, which is very reassuring as this was a big purchase for me. In the end, I was happy with the service.

The sales assistant was very nice and my purchase was waiting for me to collect, I needed two but the store only had one so the second item has been put on order.

On arrival to the store my wife and I were greeted by a very friendly member of staff. (Mr Matthew Brett) within minutes we had made our mind up and we're ready to place the order! We were even offered a cuppa! Mr Brett himself was never pushy but extremely knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive one but the one that best suited our needs. This in my opinion is the single most inportant part of sales which gains customers trust and makes them want to come back. My advice, try to clone Mr Brett!

I was pleased as I got time too look around on my own before a member of staff approached me. When they did she asked me what I was looking for and the kind of mattresses I liked, my budget etc. I got to try out various mattresses before choosing one based on my needs and for a price I could afford, with a finance plan as well, which was explained in great detail so I knew what the finance plan entailed. It was quick and easy, I got to take the mattress home that day. A bonus we were offered a coffee while browsing as well, which was a lovely touch!

Originally made an enquiry on line about specific delivery to Isle of Wight. Quickly received a telephone call from the Isle of Wight Shop. Everything fully explained. We subsequently called in to the store and made an order without any problems.

We bought a divan bed for a good price from staff who answered every question and were proactive and knowledgeable

I liked the way the mattresses were colour coded. That meant it was easy to see which ones we were interested in. The assistant guided us to the appropriate mattresses. He also gave us good and relevant information regarding headboards and the colours available. He also directed us to other products that were on offer that he felt we would be interested in. Lastly he explained how long we would be waiting for the product and exactly the procedure for delivery and that it would be delivered to the room.

The shop assistant was attentive, listened to what I was looking for, pleasant and helpful without being pushy.
