Visiting your store at Carrisbrook I.O.W. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. After selecting the product a young man took details for payment and delivery, and he was very polite. He placed an order for the item and confirmed that if possible he would get it into his store within a couple of days.Once in store he called me to confirm that as I requested I could collect it later that day. I think he might have been the manager, but he was more than happy to carry the mattress to my car, which he did. Over all I was extremely impressed with the professional level of service and the genuine friendliness of all the staff that we came into contact with.

Had exactly what I was looking for,

The assistant was friendly and immediately inquired if we would like a hot drink, which was most welcome.

Having given a rough idea what we were looking for, we were advised which beds to concentrate on. We were offered hot drinks, which we declined, though we appreciated the offer. We were then left to try beds, but the salesman frequently returned to check that we were happy with our progress.

All staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of different beds and mattresses available to try. Lots of good prices too!

We knew what we we looking for before visiting the store and were able to find it easily. We didn't need assistance, although it was offered. The whole experience was quick and simple.

We knew what we wanted to order before we went to the store but wanted to see the product before buying. Even so the care and information was excellent. Although the delivery is later than anticipated this is not a problem.
