Very quick service and good understanding of the product we wanted.

The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, and I was soon offered me a cup coffee, and a pillow should I want one for trying out beds. Jenny (The sales assistant who guided me) was willing to share her experience when I asked, and allowed me to browse when I wanted, and show me what options were available with my choice of bed, enabling me to reach a happy conclusion.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Helped us to get the best deal and everything we needed. They were happy to ask any silly queations i may have had and helped us when needed. The products are more expensive then other places however I believe they are better quality from here.

We were given plenty of time to try out different beds/mattresses without any interruption. Brett was very knowledgeable on the mattresses we were interested and was able to offer advice on types and sizes. We intended to purchase a much firmer mattress, only to discover that a softer mattress was much more suitable.

IN 2008, I PURCHASED A " 4!6 CHACER DIVAN SET," FORM YOUR STORE, AND 10 YEARS LATER, I HAVE NOW PURCHASED A NEW MATTRESS . SO YOU CAN SEE FROM MY OPINION, THAT I HAVE ALLWAYS FELT THAT "DREAMS STORE ", IS THE BEST STORE, THAT I HAVE DEALT FROM , 5 STARS THEN IN 2008, AND STILL 5 STARS IN 2018. THAT IS PROOF OF YOUR SUMMARY, THAT I HAVE JUST FILLED IN . THANK YOU PETER

I found the staff very friendly and helpful and were there when needed, even a cup of tea. The service was very attentive and uncomplicated.

I wanted a particular item, a bed with a pull out bed underneath, phoned store prior to my visit to see if Dreams had one, this was confirmed and I visited the store to look and buy. With my phone call I spoke to Matthew and he also helped with my purchase when I visited. He was extremely helpful in showing me how the bed worked etc, and even allowed my dog in the store, a thank you to Matthew please for his help and advice

As we live on an island it is often difficult to find a range of choice when making a major purchase. We were delighted with the range of mattresses available in store for us to try before making our selection and, even though we had undertaken some research before visiting Brett was really helpful in clearly explaining the differences between the mattresses in the range and assisting us in narrowing our choice.
