Dreams - Isle of Wight

I was immediately asked if I needed help as I entered the store - and offered tea or coffee. After taking time to browse I sought further advice from Jennifer, the assistant, about choosing a sofa bed. She was very pleasant, helpful and informative. I felt confident about making a decision to purchase and was guided through the process with ease.

Staff were immediately very friendly and started off by offering us a tea or coffee! - highly unusual in this day and age. The assistant although fairly new to her job was very knowledgeable about the products for sale and clearly explained the colour system. We completed our purchase very efficiently and we would certainly go back again. Well done Dreams!!

Good selection in store to try out in a no fuss comfortable environment. We were left alone to decide on various beds without any pressure.

I visited Dreams on the Isle of Wight because I needed a new mattress, but wasn't sure what to go for as there were so many to choose from. I was greeted by a gentleman called Matthew who asked if he could help me? He was so friendly and helpful that I couldn't say no! I explained what I wanted but was confused by the huge selection to choose from. He assured me that he would help and assist me through the process. He explained all the different types and told me about the benefits each gave and in the end he assessed my needs and advised me on my best options. I placed an order and Matthew completed the sale in no time, he was so knowledgeable and professional, it was a pleasure from start to finish. I left the store a very happy bunny! I wish all my shopping trips were so straight forward.
