Completely satisfied with our visit to the Newport store. The female assistant was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

very helpful with no problem the assistance was very nice,just let us look around at peace also was given a cup of coffee that's all I can say thank you I will be back in a few weeks.

Jennifer approached us as soon as we walked in and gave us the information we needed to look for a new bed and mattress. She offered us tea/coffee, which was really nice and much enjoyed. She then unobtrusively kept an eye on us, so we were able to ask her a question whenever we needed help. The whole trip to the shop was very successful and ended with us buying a bed for a newly decorated spare room and a new bed for ourselves. We have aways had very good service from the staff in this shop and this was no exception. Jennifer is certainly a credit to the team.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Suzie,we explained what we wanted as i have an allergy to Latex,she showed us the colour coded beds to try,and we chose one quite quickly.We also bought a headboard,and some pillows and mattress covers.This visit was really nice and easy .

We found Matthew in the Newport isle of wight store very helpful without being pushy or over selling.He gave us a leaflet explaining the colour codes to explain the mattress types which made it much quicker to find the one we wanted.Once we'd found one Matthew then went through everything with us.Very pleased & satisfied with whole experience.🙂

The member of staff that dealt with us was very helpful, polite and informative. We did not feel at all pressured to buy any item and we were able to browse at our leisure before making a decision.
