Brett is extremely knowledgeable, he is extremely professional, listens to what you are saying, discusses options and offers alternatives. He never makes you feel like you are taking too long, he has lots of time and experience to share, he is extremely polite too. We have spoken with him on two separate occasions (although doubt he remembered us from before) and his customer service was exactly the same on both occasions. He is an extremely valuable member of staff in our opinion and worth hanging on to! Customer service is so important and so lacking in many retail environments.

Good staff with good knowledge of products

I was made to feel a valued customer by Brett the sales assistant in the Newport, Isle of Wight branch. I had already a good idea of what I wanted having looked at the web site. He took me to where both the bedframe & mattress were & left me alone to try out the mattress without & pressurisation to make a purchase.

i have a hearing problem even though I have a hearing aid and was treated with great patience

Michael was very helpful in helping us choose the right mattress as we knew nothing at all. He even offered us water while we used the fancy machine that tells us what mattresses to choose. He didn't pressure us at all with any sort of salesmanship but told us all we needed to know. He was good enough that we even bought new pillows and cooling sheet. He will call us when our chosen bed is available to order which I thought was a nice touch. We have recommended him to friends and family already

Incredible service as always from Dreams. Such a friendly bunch in the Isle of wight store, would never consider going anywhere else. The new guy (Michael) served us on this visit and he is just as kind, friendly and helpful as the rest of his colleagues. Exceptional! The store is a credit to your company!

I placed my order over the telephone with a young man named Brett at the Newport Branch Isle of Wight who explained everything I needed to know, he was most polite and answered all the questions I had about at Hypnos Hanson pocket sprung soft mattress. Delivery was little longer than I would have liked but fully understand with the current situation and COVID as it is.
