Lots of choice, no pressure from sales team and good lay out of store.

The lady was on her own in the store and was able to look after us and other customers. She made us a drink and made us very welcome

Greeted when came through the door by Jennifer. Left for a couple of minutes to get ourselves orientated. Offered a hot or cold drink and asked what were we looking for. Discussed our needs and shown the relevant products. Drinks arrived and left to try out the beds with the choice of pillows. We made our choice and looked to Jennifer to come over and take the order. We were shown to the desk and sat down. The other staff moved away from the desk to provide us with privacy. Jennifer was friendly and made us feel comfortable with some chatter. We were pleased to find that the items could be delivered the next week. Offered half price pillows and sale finalised. As a teacher of customer service this was a perfect scenario. Well done.

Dry helpful.Tested variety of beds and placed order in less than half an hour I understand bed makers make on demand and don’t want to hold much in stock but six weeks is a long time to wait

Quick friendly service

The lady we saw at Dreams came up to us to see if we needed help and was very helpful in getting details of what we were looking for. We saw her again the next day when we came and placed an order

On both occasions of entering the store the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were given a quote on the day prior to our purchase which we could take away and think about/ measure the bedroom before agreeing to the purchase. We were offered coffees on both times after entering the store (very nice coffees too!), given information and left to explore knowing that staff were about if needed but also giving us the Freedom to make our own decisions and judgement and not feeling pressured into making a purchase. We left the store feeling very happy with our purchase and experience as a whole :)
