Staff were friendly and respectful as well as helpful when required.

Very friendly and my purchases were made very easy and straight forward

Staff were very helpful and patient in answering questions and also in enabling us to try out the different beds. Also offered us a cup of coffee each time we visited.

We told the assistant, who was ready to help us asap, what we wanted and our budget. We were shown and left to try we didnt require further help. We ordered over the phone when home, by the assistant who'd helped us in store. All was easy. Numerous forms of communication from day of order throughout up to point of delivery and with a number to contact for delivery man who rang to confirm he was half an hour away. Couldnt ask for more.

Throughout the experience at your Newport Isle of Wight store we were looked after by your colleague Jennifer, who was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She was very professional and a credit to your company.

This was our second visit to Dreams within a week and this time we purchased a bed, mattress and headboard. The person serving us was Matt and he explained the differences in the mattresses as well as the base configurations. All in all a good visit. The delivery time was what we expected so were happy with it as it allows us to get the room carpeted.

Overall a really friendly team who new about the items and we're professional polite and made you feel welcome.

The person who dealt with us was very knowledgeable about all the products and he spent a lot of time explaining the different types of headboards and mattresses that we were interested in. This has led us to not only buy a headboard but will also be placing an order for a new double bed.

Brett was very attentive and informative. Wasn't a pushy salesperson gave us the information we needed and let us look around ourselves which i liked. We were able to make our own decision
