Why anyone orders goods online when you can visit a store and speak to real people who know what they are selling and care as much about your shopping experience as concluding a sale is beyond my comprehension. Both members of staff I dealt with were helpful in the extreme, friendly and served me with the utmost patience. Eleven out of ten for the Newport Isle of Wight store.
