Dreams - New Basildon

Basildon store Harrison I believe his name. I was greeted with a smile asked what I was looking for? I only had a price in mind, which I didn't at first tell him. I was looking for firm mattress well a foam one, He asked to try a few which was clearly the wrong ones, so down to medium that's was better. I have only had a Silentnight mattress which was out of my price range, again he showed me more suitable mattress with out the big price tag. which I thought was a good knowledge of mattresses and a like. The over all experience was excellent and I must say thanks to the to the dedication this young man has shown me Many thanks Mark T

Staff were attentive, friendly and provided great customer service. When we got home and measured up the bed we ordered we realised it was too big for the room so called back the next day to change the bed and the team were really helpful and sorted it out straight away, with no fuss.

Within a few mins of entering Dreams, I was approached by Harry who asked if we needed any help to which I answered no, as I really just had an intention of browsing when I entered. My partner and I started trying a few mattresses and Harry, without being prompted, bought pillows over so we could test the mattresses properly which I thought was a great touch...not because it makes testing better, but he didn't do it in a pushy way. I asked for his help and we told him the trouble we had with previous matches, to which he recommended the machine which recommends mattresses based on your back. He took us round the store with the results and answered my million questions about the differences between each one - all whilst my 4 year old was getting a bit sulky as he wanted McDonalds! Harry was an absolute professional and did such a good job that I purchased on the spot. He upsold the insurance well and even my son was smiling by the end as Harry interacted with him a bit. Such a great experience :) Please thank him again on our behalf.
