We were greeted by Harrison when we first entered the store. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable as to what would be the best bed for our needs. He demonstrated the actions of the beds and explained the benefits of each of the three adjustable beds on show.We felt that he was not at all trying to rush us into making a decision. Very attentive . A true asset to your company.

The assistant listen to my requirements and suggested the options and type of beds that were suitable for me

The bloke who served me was thorough and tended to my needs and I really thought he got me with regards to what I wanted and more importantly didn’t want. I would also say he had a stunning beard.

We found Maria the assistant very helpful, she knew her products and could tell us everything we need to know, we picked a product that would have taken some weeks and she was able to find an equivalent that would only take days to get to us, because of her knowledge.

My shopping experience at dreams was very impressive and the sales assistant at the Basildon store was very friendly and extremely helpful.Maria was a delight to deal with and she was very professional and explained all about the product that I purchased which was a bed frame.very very happy with the service from Maria . I would come back to dreams again if I need anything else. Once again thank you for a great service.

Fantastic service by Harry at the basildon store he new how to help myself and my husband regarding the bed we ordered,we had visited several bed stores and felt very satisfied with the bed we purchased,pillows,headboard, and two bedside cabinets and we are please with the price, Thankyou dream beds.

We were seen to straight away, we we're encouraged to take out time and was told to feel free to try out any bed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were even offered a bottle of water which was nice. We were served by a lady called Maria who was really helpful, approachable and made us feel welcomed

The assistant (Tony) was very helpful during my visit. He made what I assumed would be a long and puzzling search for a mattress quite the opposite. It was good to have his expertise!
