We brought a bed with 8 years ago for us the 5 for our son . It was time to replace our mattress we had a look at a few other stores but came back to you. As other stores we wasn't impressed with and your service was fantastic before . Didn't disappoint at all . Just need to save to replace the bed frame now for us and a upgrade to a double for our son . We will definitely be back

We dealt with Marie at the Basildon store and she was very polite and really helpful from the moment we entered the store. She listened to what we wanted and was very helpful in making sure we got what we wanted by trying the sleep bed out. She also got us pillows to use whilst trying out mattresses and we came away very pleased with our purchase

All our my questions were answered. Patience was shown by staff while my 3 year old was running around and me trying to deal with both my child and making an order
