Dreams - New Basildon

I let the man know what I wanted and he took me straight to the mattress and showed me the bed again then I decided to change the headboard and he helped me in choosing one as I was very undecided and he listened to my needs and recommended the best one he thought which was perfect. I was very impressed.

We visited on monday and the guy who served us was very helpful didn't rush us asked if we needed anything he was friendly and was very knowledgeable

Tony the sales assistant at the Basildon store was brilliant from the moment we walked in the store. Not too in your face but helpful and cheerful. Very nice man he’s a credit to your company

Harry sales man was very helpful he was very short staff their was only two working but he make me feel like a valuable customer so much so I went back down later and purchased another king size bed well done Harry thank you

Harry and his colleague were great. We popped in because of the sale event, they were both busy but we were acknowledged quickly and were given the right direction. Whilst we were looking we spotted a reduced Mattress and choose a bed that suited our needs for the spare room. Harry was very efficient and didn't faff about which I like, the pace was just right and he read me well. Dreams felt safe to be in and we were offered water which was helpful. I would highly recommend a coffee pot which would further enhance customer experience for not much outlay. Overall very satisfied, I felt Harry did us a deal, looked after us well and I walked out very satisfied. Great service guys.

Antony at your Basildon branch was very helpful polite and professional. he certainly new his products.

There were only 2 members of staff as some were off. Both members kept customers informed and managed waiting time very well. Very apologetic and efficient, interacting with customers to provide an excellent customer service. Thank you

We were greeted/ acknowledged the moment we stepped into the store which was lovely. We were left to have a little look and then approached and asked if we’d like any help. We said we knew the bed we wanted but may need help with the mattress, so we’d have a look round. Both Harry and Tony interacted with us politely and were really helpful. No pushing sales but on hand. They were balancing several customers of all ages and did it well. Both really knowledgeable too. Couldn’t fault either of them. We didn’t intend to buy on the day but they were so helpful, talked through any concerns we had and gave us plenty of options, then assisted with finding the right mattress for us.
