Dreams - New Basildon

We were told about the offer on items we purchased and that if we purchased 3 we got cheaper one free so we purchased and Harry who took our order came up with an idea to save us changing delivery date

We were asked if we needed help quickly and in a friendly manner. We had our 5 year old twins with us and nothing was a problem. Even when our daughter needed the loo (always the way with kids). The new matresses were for them and they were allowed to test them too. The ones we went for felt great and being on sale, needing 2 in one go, was literally what we needed. We always go here, our bed frame and matress is from here and so are their beds.

Harry assisted us in purchasing a mattress and had a good knowledge of what we wanted even though we had no clue. Knowledgable, polite and had a sense of humour so made the shop that bit more enjoyable and easy.

A young man named Harry was really polite and helpful. My order was placed quickly and easily

Friendly staff, happy to help and didn’t pressure you on time spent looking and choosing what we wanted, gave us space but kept coming back also to make sure all was ok and if we had any questions

Tony was friendly and helpful! he pointed out alternative options we hadn’t considered and turned out to be a better fit for us. He also allowed us time to roam around but was on hand as soon as we had any questions. quick and efficient and would recommend the Basildon store specifically to friends/family

Tony the store Manager was very attentive and accommodated our expectations brilliantly. Offering myself, my wife and my son a beverage whilst in store. It’s the small things, even providing my 4 year old son with a chair to sit with us whilst processing the order. Wasn’t pushy, allowed us to take our time to make the right decision and was overall a pleasure to cooperate with

The manager Tony, was approached us in a non-pressurised way, to offer help and assistance. He offered us coffees, and was incredibly helpful in helping us to choose our beds. Service was exceptional and have already recommended to a friend who is also looking for a bed. I have been to numerous other companies for beds and ti furniture stores and nowhere have I found this level of service, striking by the right balance between being helpful but not pushy. Great job !
