I was highly satisfied with everything due to i was able to get the bed i have wanted for a while but didn't have it in stock went back and was able to get it i fell in love with the bed as soon as I saw it so I was very excited once I ordered it

Dan greeted us on arrival to the store yet never made us feel pressured, he understood what we were looking for and allowed us time to consider all options

The member of staff that helped us was really helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with

We had a chance to look round without being bugged by the colleagues every 2 minutes I like that and when we did need a colleague he was very informative and very polite gave us plenty off information so we where really satisfied

Customer service was brilliant, used the sleep machine and got the mattress type i needed. Lots of mattresses to try and very spaced out shop.

Salesman really took time to understand our needs very knowledgeable and very patient knew the difference between products and made recommendations showed demonstrated and explained when I didn’t understand changes in beds since I last purchased over 15th years ago!

Alan the sale rep was very helpful and friendly.

The staff member 'Craig' was extremely helpful without being pushy as were other staff members. All staff were a credit to your company
