Dreams - Hull

Gemma served us. She showed us our the sofa bed pulled out and to fold it back. We tested the product to see how comfortable it would be. We did not purchase on the day. But that was so we could think about choice of colour. We visited the store the following weekend. We were offered a drink and all the staff friendly. The staff member remembered our previous visit and expressed that he knew Gemma had shown us the product. We felt the service was excellent. An they are a credit to your company.

Great customer service

The sales assistant did not force himself on me and pressure me as soon as I entered the store. He gave me as much time as I needed to look around on my own. As soon as I wanted help he smiled, was very courteous and came immediately. He answered my questions clearly and fully and was clearly very knowledgeable about the beds. He then proceeded to give me new information and suggest beds I hadn't thought of. He demonstrated the reclinable beds to me and gave me loads of time to try them. At no point did I feel rushed, or pressured. He was very friendly and responded at the same level as me. He also shared his own personal experience of the beds which was invaluable. When I had seen as much as I wanted he gave me a written quote and told me the date the sale would end. I could not imagine having a better experience. It was Perfect. Thank you very much.
