Craig & Kathryn were extremely pleasant, polite, no pressure what so ever , knowledgeable, engaging, no hard sell & just a great experience , how it should be done 10/10

We came to buy our first bed for our new home. Knowing nothing of buying a bed or mattress the staff were amazing. We went for a look around another store to compare prices and stock and immediately returned to dreams as it had a much better feel and felt more right for us. They were purely bothered about what we wanted and not to upsell products. We left really happy

Allan who dealt with me on the day listened to my wants and helped me find the best product. He was able to advise on the range on products and helped me with other bed related products.

I had a specific product in mind when I came. Craig took the time to still explain the mattress and the benefits. He was very thorough and had a good knowledge of the product. He was also very efficient when processing the order and obviously knew the system very well.
