Daniel (store manager in Hull) was very helpful on each visit, which made us choose Dreams not only for our bed frame but also mattress several weeks later. Very knowledgable, polite and a credit to the service

Very helpful and friendly staff, staff member took all our needs into account and recommended us a few different types and was very knowledgeable with the different types of mattresses available.

There was plenty of choice and help to find what we required. The salesman (Craig) was not pushy and obviously knew what he was talking about. He was friendly and cheerful. The store was very clean and presentable with good social distancing.

We were served by Kathryn at the Hull St Andrew’s Quay store. Her customer service was very good she made us feel at ease whilst assisting us to narrow down the choice of mattresses. In all my life, I can honestly say that I have rarely been served by anyone as efficient and friendly as Kathryn and she is without doubt a huge asset to your company.

The assistant Kathryn was knowledgeable and really helpful. The internet went down but she managed to check on her phone what I needed to know!

James was very understanding of my disability needs and helped me choose the best bed and mattress for me no pushy salesman routine no pressjre sales gave me time to tjink and decide and was well knowledgeable on the products i aaked about
