Overall it was a good experience and we purchased a mattress we liked. There was an issue with the voucher code we were supplied with and the purchase was more expensive as a result.

I was highly satisfied with my experience as I was greeted at the door but not pestered as I looked after I was shown the right way to what I was looking for, also the woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to.

Friendly and informative staff

The bed that you could try gave a good report of what what suitable. All the beds were clearly marked with the different types. You could try different beds and get a good feel of what they are like. There was plenty of assistance if needed.

I received a fast efficient service and was able to place an order with confidence. The young man who served me , Dan, was well informed and gave me relevant information in a calm and respectful manner. After talking for a while he left me to try several options so I could make my own decision without pressure. Dan was available at the customer desk to complete my purchase. He placed the order on the computer and went over the details with me, printing out my order. Overall a stress free shopping trip. I am looking forward to receiving my new mattress on the chosen date.

The lady that served us was lovely very friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back when we need another bed/mattress.

The knowledge and expertise of the lady who deal with us also the friendly way in which we were treated but no pushy sales talk. We were given the facts we needed and allowed to move freely to choose and discuss our choices.

VERY organised, efficient service. Staff extremely knowledgeable, NOT pushy, guided me through the process of looking for a new mattress - patient - helpful - could not wish for a better service. This is a major purchase for me - having been widowed for a number of years now - it is always difficult to shop for major items alone - DREAMS staff made the process easy
