The young man Reece who served me was highly professional showed me all I wanted to know

The assistant - Mel - was attentive, helpful but not pushy or overbearing in any way, giving us time and space to come to our decision while dealing with our questions comprehensively and highlighting things we may not have thought of.

Reece was very thorough and knew his subject well. I had full faith that he was selling me the correct product for me.

very please with Jason the assistant and the mattresses were available to try and Jason was extremely knowledgable about product. My daughter and I went back and forth trying the mattresses that she required. My daughter tried the bed machine, also when trying beds was given a pillow which really does help. We were also not pressed into an expensive mattresses. Very pleased

We were served by Jason in the Bromley store and we spent an hour there. He was very knowledgeable about mattresses which is what we purchased in the end. We were offered a drink on arrival and used the Sleepmatch device which was very useful. He gave us pillows (hygienically covered with paper) to try on our mattress testing. We were also offered a choice of am/pm delivery.

The shop was very clean. And Reece was very professional answering all our questions. He was very patient with us he offered us drink and he took his time to find the best mattress for us. Big thank you to Reece.

The shop assistant was very pleasant and took a great deal of trouble to help me find a mattress that was suitable for me, I only went into the store to browse and get an idea of price etc but ended up buying a mattress after trying out a number . The assistant was very well informed about the products and delivery. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me water to drink
