The assistance provided was very helpful and we didn't feel hounded to buy. After the initial showing of suitable mattresses, we were left to our devices to look around the store and then assisted well when we asked for help with other items we decided to buy

Explained what I needed for my child and budget, and had many options for not a really high budget, the guy who served me was so helpful just explaining everything in detail but not enough where it was confusing. Great service from this store!

I was treated like a princess by Lynne in Bromley, nothing was too much trouble. She put me on a bed with a machine which tells what matress I needed, which was very helpful considering I'm on crutches. Well done Dreams highly satisfied!

We didn't feel pressured at any time and Laura left us alone to discuss each bed, making herself available each time we moved on to another choice. She explained the finance terms and protection plan clearly and simply and ensured a relatively quick and efficient payment process occurred. Well done Laura. Efficient service helpful regarding new mattress

Medinat, Sales Assistant was highly knowledgeable and very friendly and smiley. Nothing was too much trouble. Medinat wasn’t pushy and allowed us to view the mattresses without follow us around or being insistent. Medinat provided great customer service.

The guy that helped us had a nice manner and was very informative he knew his products. Everything was explained to us with the option of testing out the beds. I would recommend Dreams as we had a good service and there was a good choice of beds and mattresses on offer
