Dreams - New Bromley

This is the first time for ages I have been pleased to be sent a survey to complete as I was going to email you to praise your sales assistant that served me on Sunday. Mel, in your Bromley store, was welcoming, knowledgeable, organised and efficient. She was not pushy which is something I hate and which often makes me leave to go elsewhere but genuinely friendly and helpful. Having only popped in to try out a few beds and order online later her professionalism and cheerfulness made me decide to commute to buying the mattress there and then. It was very good value and I think a great product. My first experience with Dreams has been extremely positive. Obviously I hope the standard is maintained with delivery. Thank you!

Attentive service, identified what product suited us and after some testing we made a purchase

Told assistant what we required. From this he found us a choice of three beds mattresses and several headboards according to our request. He was efficient and knowledgeable and made our experience smooth and stress free.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable

We were greeted instantly by Jason the store manager and he was with us and talked us through everything, mum has a mobility problem and he couldn't have been more helpful and his colleague superb service

Reece was polite and very helpful. He guided us to beds that suited our needs and was able to answer all questions we had.

The assistant provided me with just the right level of attention, showing me all options and possibilities available whilst respecting the price range I was aiming at.

Reece was. Dry helpful from start to finish, he offered us a bed to test immediately once we decided what we were looking for as well as a slightly more expensive one as an alternative- we actually bought the more expensive one as an ex-display model but exactly what we were looking for. He set us pillows, covers and offered us water on arrival, Delivery was quicker than expected. Excellent service and Reece was extremely helpful.
