Daniel served me and was very helpful even though I had done my research online. He offered me the test to make sure I was choosing the right firmness for my needs, amazing bit of kit. Other staff were very friendly and I was offered a drink twice. Made to feel very important and I was not pounced on like I was in benson for beds. Daniel listened to why I needed a new mattress and asked where I was suffering with pain. All the information was input into the computer and I felt I was buying the correct product for me. The added bonus was the half price sale too

we weren't jumped on by sales assistants as soon as we walked in the door. we had a good look around and the sales assistant was very helpful and pleasant.

As soon as I came into the store, I was welcomed by Lynne who was so friendly and understanding and straight away explained that Dreams had the facility of being able to choose the best suited mattress via this programme. It was very interesting and i'd never heard of it before. Lynne showed me mattresses that would suit me and also took the time to show me bed bases as well as head boards and now can't wait for my new bed!!

The Sales Officer, Lynne was very friendly, helpful and she made a mean cup of tea. The whole process from the sleep 3D thing down to choosing pillows and mattress was straightforward and stress free. No sales pressure either, which I was dreading.
