I was greeted at the door and then was walked through all the steps i would need to go through in order to order and receive the right items for me, I was offered drinks by friendly staff members and everybody had a smile and the store was very clean, the staff members had a lot of patience with me and were brilliant, I was offered all options available for the bed i wanted and I was really happy with the outcome
