The store was well labelled with necessary health and safety guidelines as we entered. There was a fully functional hand sanitiser at the door. We walked in thinking we knew what we wanted and Daniel was gracious, patient, attentive and helpful to guide us through making the right decision for us. (he shared his personal experience with the products, and we found this really valuable). Daniel's customer care is out of this world! Calm, patient - these further enhanced with a good knowledge of the product and available after care service ( I must say Daniel does know how to look after customers) We were ale to buy the right product for ourselves and other bathroom products that we had been looking for! we received an outstanding service today and I will be raving about it to my friends and family noting Daniel as the 'go to' person when they visit - and we sure will be back to the Bromley store. We felt thoroughly relaxed and at ease, given everything with social distancing. The staff did not turn us away and allowed us access to the lift as I was in a wheelchair. Toby was brilliant showing us the mattresses we'd selected, giving us the time to properly try them and the space too, without hovering over us. We hadn't intended on looking at the bed frame, but was very happy that there was one in stock and Toby suggested we looked. It was the bed frame we wanted. We had a back up on for the circumstances of our new house, but it appears the one we selected fits our needs without needing a back up. Again, we hadn't intended to order, but when everything was explained that we could order from that store and have it delivered to an address up North, we went ahead. It's a great relief to have a delivery date set. Very positive and relaxing experience. Thank you
