I was served by Medinat who couldn't have been more professional and friendly. We explained that we would be buying one of the cheaper mattresses and I still felt that the level of service remained exceptionally high. Admittedly the store had only just opened on a Sunday morning so was quiet, but at all times I felt safe. There was plenty of space, hand sanitiser, tissue paper to put on the beds when testing. I was impressed at the speed of delivery and the clear instructions on how to distance from the delivery team when they arrive.
